As part of our work on Anglo Saxons, we visited Jarrow Hall Farm and took part in some workshops about Anglo Saxon life. We even got to go inside a Viking Longhouse!

We took part in a STEM Glider Challenge with the RAF. We had to work in teams to design and build gliders which we then tested.

This year, Year 5 will be perfoming 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' with the other Trust schools. We have been taking part in workshops with Colette from the Theatre Royal who is helping us with our acting skills.

We have been part of an Art workshop where we had to redesign the buildings at St John's Cemetery in Elswick. Our models will be part of an exhibition at the church in February.
